1. How to get the quotation?
You can contact us via Trade manager ( Alitalk ), Email, Skype, WeChat or Whatsapp, facebook, Youtube, Twitter ect. We will reply
you within 24 hours after we got your inquiry.
2. Can I order a sample to check the quality?
Yes, sure. Welcome to place any sample order or trail order to test OneDer's product quality.
3. How to pay for the order?
You can pay by Escrow, Western Union, T/T and Ali Trade, ect.
4. when I should pay for it?
Normally, we will make an invoice for your payment, as long as you confirmed invoice with no problems, you can pay it immediately.
But please notice that we are not responsible for any import tariff or customs clearance fees.
5. How long my order can be received ?
Items will be sent within 3~5 working days after your payment is confirmed. Receive time is depends on the shipping way you
confirmed.
We can ship to all over the world via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS, Aramex, ePacket and China Post Air Mail.
The shipping delivery time:
China Post Air Mail and ePacket need 10-30days.
DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx and Aramex need 3-7days, busy time is 3-10 days.
Please notice that we are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues caused by the forwarder.
6. What about the warranty of your products?
We offer 12 months warranty for all the products except accessories.
Defective items must be returned within 7 days, all returned items must be in its original condition and packaging.
Please notice that artificial damages are out of warranty.
For the items which are out of warranty, customers need to pay freight and new parts changed's cost if need return.
